January 8th, Year 1
Long legs guided Dobson through the extravagant halls of the Rogues headquarters. A wide toothy grin on his thin muzzle though his pink hues seemed filled with mischievous. This place was like an absolute gold mine, there was plenty of 'prey' to pick on and food, though he didn't require such a thing, was easy pickings. It wasn't a massive change of scenery but it was enough to get the male's excitement back and get his pep in his step back as well. The loud chattering of activity drew him in like a song from the long corridors that he temporarily resided in. His head sharp angled head peering through the doorway and he glanced around the full hall. People seemed to be chowing down on some good ole lunch it looked like. Perfect. He strolled into the mess hall like he owned the place. His wicked grin only seemed to increase into a frightening smile, his lips seeming to pull back a little too far than what was normal for a dog. The demon quickly picked his first victim in the room, said victim sat on the floor eating their share of food. He closed the distance between himself and them. Almost seeming to try and tower over them, though it wasn't hard with his height. "Howdy, stranger. How you doing~?"

Tramp's head went up as he heard a voice. he turned to see a strange looking dog. "Um hello, who are you?" Tramp asked. He hadn't ever seen him before and he was curious. He was also a little annoyed that he was interrupted from his food.

Esmeralda sat curled up besides a large pillar, her legs crossed under her long skirt. She had a plate of a heavily spiced curried meal. Just smelling the odor of the curry caused the tongue to prickle. Just how she liked it. The gypsy woman hummed quietly as she ate, using her fingers like a small scoop in the traditional fashion.
While she was enjoying her meal, that didn't have her complete focus. No, her eyes, the color of her namesake, were carefully trained on the, well he wasn't really a dog, was he? The dog-like creature by the name of Dobson. She had pegged him as a trouble maker fairly early on and wanted to keep an eye on him.
Didn't mean she couldn't have a tasty lunch while she was doing it.

The demon could of sworn he felt Esmeralda's stunning gaze on him, he seemed to shift his weight and stood up a little prouder. Grin becoming even more uncharacteristically wider from a 'normal' doberman. "Name's Dobson, pal. And who might you be?" He questioned in a slightly teasing tone.
His cropped tail seem to give a small wag but nothing more after a second. He moved to sit on his rump. Purposely shoving his nose near Tramps' food and taking a whiff of it. "That smells real good, buddy." He grumbled his voice edging on a growl but it was just the way he spoke. He shot his gaze across the mess hall and looking to where he could get some chow debating if he felt like eating. He didn't really need to eat but he liked to indulge himself more than a little bit as most demon's did. He exhaled sharply, a small puff of smoke coming out of his mouth though he didn't even seem to notice.
"HEY!" He suddenly shouted over to Esmeralda. His nose catching the scent of their curry from across the way. "What is that amazing smell? Smells spicy. I like spice."

“Bob just shut up a second we don’t want to—“ “But he’s a demon I can FEEL it—“
Taylor grabbed the unicorn’s muzzle, pulling his face down so she could look him square in the eyes.
“Bob…remember the last time you called out another supernatural creature? Did that end well for us?”
The unicorn shook his head from side to side, with a snort. Taylor released him, and the two meandered over to Esmeralda, joining her with their plates of food. Bob knelt down next to the two of them, setting his plate of food down as carefully as possible.
“The curry’s pretty good today.” Taylor said, with a grin. She couldn’t help but notice Dobson, who was still looking in their direction. The way his smile stretched across his face…it was so unnatural.
“Hey Esme…how long has he been here?” Taylor asked, pointing her gaze in the direction of the strange Doberman.

Tramp growled. "Back off my food," he said. He gave a snort as Dobson turned his attention to a girl's food.

Esmeralda held her plate up on her palm and held it out, "Super, ultra, extra spicy curried goat, hold the goat."
She grinned and waggled her brow inticingly, "Come on and try it, Dob, I'd like a fellow spice hound friend. Leave Tramp to his food. He's used to being a stray. Let him eat."
Esmeralda put the plate down and then looked at Taylor and Bob as they settled down with her, "Hey you two. Do you mean in the cafeteria, or part of the rogues?"
With her meal offered to Dobson, Esmeralda instead licked the last of her curry from her fingers as delicately as one can lick their fingers, "He just walked in, actually. And for a little bit. He's not new-new. But he's not an established member either. I'm keeping an eye on him."

"I'm glad to hear someone is keeping an eye on him." The sound of wings accompanied the sudden appearance of the angel, as Jenn plopped down next to Esmeralda, Taylor, and Bob. She didn't carry any food with her, unlike most everyone else in the room, since food was more a luxury than a necessity, and curry wasn't exactly her favorite.
Jenn cast a somewhat dark look at Dobson. Like Bob, she could easily tell what he was, and it unnerved her. Sure, she lived in the Underworld, and worked for the Lord of the dead, alongside his imps, minions, and many a dark and creepy creatures, but they were all people she knew and trusted. Dobson, she didn't know, thus, she didn't trust him yet. "I don't have a good feeling about him," she muttered to the others.

His terrifying grin only seemed to grow even more, an impossible feat for anything that was remotely 'normal' there on either at Tramps' attitude towards him. His muzzle wrinkled and his pinkish hues narrowed dangerously. "You growling at me, kid? Not a wise choice-" A low growl of his own rumbled in his throat but Esme immediately grabbed his attention with the offer of sharing. Tan pointed ears turned towards her, and his gaze followed with it. He was silent for a moment, his grin fell from his face.
"Coming." He replied after a moment of silence, dangerous gaze turned back to Tramp for a second more. "You growl at me again, and your face'll be coming off." He threatened before he turned and headed towards Esme and the others. He wasn't deaf, he had heard every word of their conversation but for now he would brush it off as if it was nothing.
He plopped down beside Esme with a grunt after that, casting a glance up to her. "So, food?"

Tramp wasn't that scared of him. In fact, he seemed amused by the Dobson's reaction. He shrugged. "I guess" he muttered. He then went back to eating his food. The conversation seemed kind of boring at that moment.
