Kopa hadn't ever blushed much. But in the past few minutes alone, he had blushed more than any other time. He hadn't ever realized that Afua liked him liked him, even though Afua was probably giving him signs throughout. He leaned back in surprise as he was "booped". "Hey!" he complained. Though he didn't actually mind, it just caught him off guard.
"What do I say?" he repeated. He was thinking. What does he say? He was just a little caught off guard. He was silent for long moments. He couldn't come up with a suffinecnt answer. Finally, he made a descision.
"Yes." he said. Of course he would, even though he wished they could still be just best friends, something else told him to just say yes, and he didn't seem to regret it. I mean, who cared if other thought it was weird. Everyone though him weird or odd. That didn't bother him at all. "Though, why didn't you tell me earlier?" he asked. He liked Afua. More than most would know. More than even Kopa himself would admit. They had been friends as long as Kopa could remember.
He nudged Afua's shoulder roughly and playfully. "You've got to speak up more, man," he said with a shake of his head, a playful smirk gracing his face.

“I would of told you but everything with jasper happened and the riot” He playfully bumps his back on his shoulder. “I’ll try to more often” he purrs pressing up along his now boyfriend’s side. “Just promise me as long as I’m around you’ll not do anything stupid”

Post by Genie on a few seconds ago Kopa seemed to nod. He guessed that Afua forgot to mention the LARGE detail in the chaos that was Jasper's trial. Kopa had to shake his head a few times to shake the memories that had sprung back up. Kopa didn't want to admit it, he had leaned into his friend's side as well. It was comforting, but the comfort was short as Kopa stood up and shook himself.
He laughed. "Um, Afua...? I don't think I could..." he trailed off. He didn't know how to answer that. On the one hand, he couldn't promise Afua something as wide as that. But on the other, he felt like he should promise to Afua. But he couldn't yet choose.
"Um... sure, Afua," he answered finally. "Promise,"
