Why do boys do that?

[Afua]

Date: May 16th

Afua was a lost little cub again, just like during that thunderstorm so long ago. Cubby Afua was out playing in the plains chasing bugs and field mice when the freak storm hit, The wind whipped,rain lashed and poor little Afua was a complete mess as he all but dived under a rocky ledge. His soft mews were swallowed up by the wind and thunder.

“You’re fine, it’s all going to be fine” the cub murmured to himself as he watched the storm. Afua looked up, snapping out of his flashback as a raindrop hits his muzzle .

“Stupid rain...stupid Genie” his voice cracks horribly.

[Eden]

Eden
May 16th

not far away a genie poofed into the area. She pouted as the rain-soaked her black hair. She noticed a cub down below a cliff. She sighed feeling bad for the poor creature.

"well how de do there little cubby!"

she said with enthusiasm poofing a hat up tilting it and poofing it away after doing the gesture.

"its time to turn that from upside down!"

she said moving her lips to show what she meant. then poofed so she was small sitting on Afua's shoulder.

"I heard stupid Genie?"

she said overhearing a little from when she was looking over the cliff. 
She poofed up an umbrella putting it over her and Afua.

"mind telling centuries ole me?" she said playfully.

[Afua]

Afua turned to the new voice finding a unfamilar face in that of Eden 


"well how de do there little cubby!"


"it's time to turn that frown upside down!"



Afua stares for a moment at the female genie wondering who she was then she speaks again


"I heard stupid Genie?"

"Ah, not you miss, i'm sorry i was talking about some other genie-not you of course. He...well it's very complicated" the young male quickly sputters out, glancing over at the female genie. "I'm Afua, what's your name?" he introduces himself 


"mind telling centuries ole me?"


"You sure you want to hear about it?" Afua swallowed hard fighting the lump in his throat again.

She looked to Afua as he quietly looked to her as spoke. She then smiled getting an excited spark in her eyes. She heard male genie! could it be her Genie? 


"hehe! of course not me! I have been in a bottle again for-OH! I most look hideous without sprucing myself up!'


she poofs up a mirror poofing to regular size. "OOH goodness can't have myself lookin like that!" she said as she starting quickly fixing herself up. 


HM! now, where were we? oh yes! Nice to meet you Afua! I am Eden. And I don't mind you tellin me what has happened since I was gone darling." she said poofing herself up a chair sitting down putting her hands behind her head. 


"mind telling me about this Genie. Could possibly be my Genie boy," she said tapping her chin and glancing at Afua

[Afua]

“It’s nice to meet you then Eden, I bet you wished the weather was better, huh?” He nods in greeting before moving towards the shelter of a stable where Shang’s men kept their horses stabled.

“Hopefully not, your Genie wouldn’t be stupid enough to help go on a sucide mission, would they?” He turned facing her again as he watched the rain pick up. “Hopefully, your Genie would be smart enough to stop the person from even going in the first place” claws dig into the straw and bedding on the wooden floor. Orange colored eyes prick with tears as he just stares at a spot on the ground. “Stupid...he’s so stupid...why didn’t he tell me?” Eden would of course have no clue he was talking about Kopa.

“Nice to meet you too. And yah i ‘wish’ the weather was a whole lot nicer. Its quite a doosey.” She said as she poofed behind Afua in the stable. “Suicide missssion? Hmmm not thought about it so i dunno.” She said sighing gently floating sitting crisscross. She tilted her head seeing afua tear up. “Oh-did i hurt your feelings?” She asked confused swing upside down looking at Afua from a different point a view.

[Afua]

“Suicide mission? Hmmm I've not thought about it so i dunno.”

Afua shakes his head with a sigh "He's big, makes jokes alot, a light blue color, apparently very stupid" he says, attempting to discribe Aladdin's Genie in a effort to help Eden.

“Oh-did i hurt your feelings?”

"No, god no it's Kopa-my boyfriend, He's just so damn stupid and reckless" he shakes his head still tearing up as he stares at the ground. "I thought of known, i should of known he was going to do something so damn stupid the last night we were tonight, he was just off the whole time we were togther" Afua turned to Eden his injured eye staring at her.

"Tell me...Tell me he's coming back, that he's smart enought to get out of there and back to us, back to me"

“Yeah thats my Genie.” She said clasping her hands together reminiscing the last time she saw him. It had been so long since she saw her boyfriend. She looked to Afua a bit torn. “I guess he messed up somethings huh..?” She said frowning slightly unclasping her hands then she listened to him say about his love. “I can’t predict the future, i can only grant wishes, but if he loves you he will do everything in his power to come back to you.” She said meaningfully caring for a Afua a bit as she noticed afua’s injured eye but did not ask.

[Afua]

“Yeah that's my Genie.”

Afua expression turned from grief-stricken to annoyance, then anger as he jerked his head up to look at the female jinn.


“I guess he messed up somethings huh..?”

"You god damn think?" Afua spat out, claws ripping into the sawdust and bedding that had settled on the ground. "You're boyfriend all but help Kopa do his death, you think that being a genie he would of known better-hell how does that even work? i thought only a Genie's master could grant wishes, so is Kopa suddenly his new master cause Aladdin went to fuck knows where!" Afua all but shouting now. "So would Kopa be like? 'Hey Genie,  i wish we could randomly to go Agrabah to do god knows what!, let's not tell my friends and family cause you know they wouldn't allow us to go!' " Afua's shifts his voice slightly to match his lover's tone mockingly.

“I can’t predict the future, i can only grant wishes, but if he loves you he will do everything in his power to come back to you.”


"Alright then? how about this?! I wish to get my dumb-ass boyfriend back safe and sound! Can you do that? can you grant random people wishes just like that?!"

She flinched tilted her head hearing Afua’s outburst. “I never thought of thought. I guess Genie was just doing what kopa wanted. As for aladdin I haven’t seen him in a long time. Heck...I don’t even know what as happened while i was gone.”

Alright then? how about this?! I wish to get my dumb-ass boyfriend back safe and sound! Can you do that? can you grant random people wishes just like that?!"

She sighs pulling out her lamp shaking her head.
“No not randoms..i still need a master though.”
