Dawnseekers Cap
There's going to be a temporary cap on the Dawnseekers starting today, June 5th. The cap will be lifted once the Rogues and Shadowglen get more members. Pending character applications that have been posted before this announcement and pre-established characters (e.g children about to be born in the faction) are exempt.
