If someone were, to sum up, this guy in one simple word it would be an asshole. Dobson is far from a nice guy, he's snarky, rude, and full of himself. He does things to please himself and no one else. He usually picks on those weaker than him and likes to use people for his own selfish benefit. He likes to make 'deals' with people that will come back to bite them in the ass. He has literally no redeeming qualities if we're being honest here.
Backstory
No one is quite sure of where Dobson came from, or who he belongs too but the troublesome Doberman cropped up in New York one day out of the blue. He's known as a nuance to both humans, pets, and strays. He has actively gone out and harassed pets, and because of his nuisancing, he's earned himself quite a bad wrap. So bad that he's had cops running after him with guns, yet he still hangs around to taunt anyone he can. However, such things got boring after a while and well when news popped up of a war cropping up in the furthermost continents the 'hound' lept at the chance to join the fun.
