Full Name: Quasimodo
Known Aliases: The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Quasi
Army: Rogues
Rank: Medic
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Personality: Quasimodo may give off a frightening and monstrous appearance, but he hardly has the heart of one. The young man is kind, warm, gentle, and brave beyond measure. Living alone and under the cruelness of his former Master, Frollo for the majority of his life has left him humble, shy and very much aware of the feelings of others. He is very observant and it does not take him long to read a person or become familiar with his surroundings. As stated before, he is definitely shy, but if he knows someone well he has no trouble at all communicating. Otherwise, he has a bit of a stuttering problem. Quasimodo may be big and 'brutish', but he is very light on his feet and he handles nearly everything with gentleness and care.
He has a bit of a habit of putting others way before him. When Quasimodo is troubled by something, he keeps it inside of him, choosing to distract himself by focusing on others that are close to him. The only problem with this is sometimes what he keeps pent up eventually will come out in a rather fierce way. Quasimodo is not a naturally angry person, but when he finally loses his composure... it is quite frightening. This only happens if someone he cares greatly for is in danger or harmed in any way. He becomes fiercely protective and quite the fighting machine. That being said, he is not one to support violence of any kind, but he will fight to keep those that he loves safe.
Unfortunately, Quasimodo is rather slow to trust. He didn't used to be this way, but after years of being deceived by Frollo, having his heart broken, and others taking advantage of his kindness, the poor man does not trust easy. But, once one has won him over they have gained a powerful and truly dedicated friend. Quasimodo's love and loyalty are unyielding and he will not back down from what he believes in. The once timid and hesitant bellringer of Notre Dame is no more. In his place is a man who has grown wise with the passing years and strong in both heart, body, and mind.
Backstory: Quasimodo was born to a tribe of gypsies that immediately marked him as an outcast once they saw his deformity. As they passed through Paris, his birth mother hoped that passing him off to Moses and Penelope would give her son a slightly better chance at life. But unfortunately, this was not meant to be, as Clopin's parents met their demise at the hands of Judge Claude Frollo when they attempted to smuggle baby Quasimodo back into the city of Paris.
Frollo was guilt tripped into keeping the boy, and kept him around as more of a servant than anything else. For the first 20 years or so of his life, Quasimodo knew only his home of Notre Dame, and nothing of the world that existed outside of the cathedral.
That all changed when he met Esmeralda, and from there, most everyone else knows the story.
Upon Frollo's downfall, things got better for Quasimodo. He was accepted by his peers, and free to wander the city as he saw fit, but he knew that Notre Dame would always be his home. When news came that Clopin was now king of Paris, Quasimodo was pleasantly surprised(and very proud) of his older adoptive brother. He remained close to home as Clopin and several others left to fight the good fight in Africa, opting to stay and help Esmeralda in his place.
When Clopin returned and created the Rogues, Quasimodo chose to join up, offering up his services as a medic.
