Full Name: Virgil
Known Aliases: Golden Bastard
Army: Rogues
Rank: Guard Dog
Gender: Male
Age: 2
Personality:Virgil is clever, fun loving, mischievous, charming, laidback, deceiving, and a party animal. But initially he doesn't mean any harm as he does have a very caring, and compassionate side. He's always willing to take the bullet for those he cares for the most, especially Clopin.
He's a quick thinker, and is quite fast on four paws, which makes him hard to catch. Virgil is very good at weaseling himself out of bad situations, much to Dante's chagrin. Unlike his namesake, Virgil doesn't give much consideration to rational thought processing, and tends to be selfish. He doesn't really think about the consequences. Virgil is practical, but hates structure and routine.
He'd much rather go with the flow, trusting in his ability to improvise quickly in any given situation. He lives in the moment, and always says to "seize the day".

Backstory:Ever since he was born, Virgil had always been a street dog, learning to fend for himself, without having a place to live. His hometown had always been Paris, and he can safely say that it was the street life that contributed to him not dying instantly as a newborn. On one rainy day, when the townspeople of Paris were scurrying to get indoors to avoid the water, Virgil was exploring the town, letting his fur become soaking wet in what seemed like a few minutes. He retreated to a small alleyway to try and stay dry, but alas, he wasn’t able to dry up all that much.
Soon enough, a shadow fell over the small, shivering pup. He looked up and found himself face to face with the notorious gypsy king, Clopin Trouillefou. Virgil had heard plenty about the king and his people, and how their king was infamous for his "accolades". Initially, he was frightened, but after some coaxing from Clopin, the pup realized that he meant no harm.
Clopin generously took him in, named him Virgil(after Dante's Inferno) and raised him as his own personal guard dog alongside Dante, who was three years older than him, and much more experienced. Dante took young Virgil under his wing, and taught him everything that he knew. Dante still has to keep an eye out for Virgil, however, because when they're off duty, the golden dog is most likely off causing mischief, charming the baker for bread, or placing bets with other street dogs as to who can steal the most items.
