With the events of the previous months Violet decided to go back to Africa. With it being freedom fighters territory it was like home to her. It was March 13 in the first year and she want to analyze all the different ways and options that could be useful to the group if another battle situation were to show up. Since her brother was gone she needed to step up and help the group especially if she wanted to protect her family. She knew what her skills were and what she needed to do in order to fight in the next battle.
She was mostly around her family so it was rather odd to see her by herself. She sat down some grass and looked up at the rock in the pridelands like she was expecting their leader to say something but nobody was really going to say anything really well that’s what she thought. There was a possibility that she might have to regroup with the group but she was going to wait until she heard something from someone or she knew for certain. Even if she needed to join the others she knew that it was probably better for her to keep quiet for now at least.

Even as an Alebrije, Pepita's catlike instincts did not leave her. Even as a large, bright green beast with wings, she still liked to perch in high places to watch the day go by. Her favourite place was a mighty tree not too far from Pride Rock. Pride Rock itself appealed to her more, of course - the view was far and wide from up there - but Imelda had forbidden it.
But today, a human was lingering by her tree. She stayed there for a while, looking a little lost, and didn't seem to notice her in the branches, and so Pepita decided to swoop down to investigate her.
Landing with a muffled whump, the feline's head bobbed as she sniffed the air, deciding what she thought of the teenage girl.
