March 16
Aladdin hadn't even gone with the remaining Freedom Fighters and instead flew his magic carpet towards Agrahbah. Now, this may have been suicidal, but he had realized that Jasmine hadn't come back. He assumed the worst. She had mentioned going to Agrahbah to free her people, and he almost wished he had gone with her. His shame and sorrow at what happened in Australia were deep. He didn't feel like he could be trusted ever again, and that he made a grave mistake that he could never come back from. But he needed to find Jasmine, even if the meant going into enemy territory to do so.
He swept down into the streets towards the palace. "Faster, carpet! We have to save Jasmine!" he urged. He felt no fear as he neared the palace gates. He easily flew over them and kept flying towards the courtyard near the entrance. He then veered carpet towards the ground and they landed without much trouble. He patted the carpet. "Head back to the rest of the other Freedom Fighters, ok?" he said, and the carpet understood and sped off. He'd find another way to leave. He always managed to find himself out of tricky situations before. Little did he know, this would be different.
Aladdin neared the palace gates cautiously.

The sun was going down. The palace wall cast a long shadow across the sandstone of the plaza to meet the wall built to divide royal from commoner. From an unseen corner, Nasira was lying in wait.
Her quarry hardly seemed to realize that his own life was hanging by a thread. There had been a spring in his step. Only the young could be so careless with their lives. It was a wonder he survived this long.
She drew in a long breath, letting it hiss over her teeth. This was it. This was her chance to take revenge. Nasira could almost hear Jafar urging her on: "Kill him now!" It took the last bit of Nasira's self control to remain hidden. Aladdin's body would have already rotted in Australia had it not been for that wretched rug. She would have liked to unravel the damn thing thread by thread, but alas, that was a risk she could not afford. So she, albeit impatiently, stayed put until the dot in the sky completely receded from view. It felt like an eternity for the vengeful necromancer.
Finally, Aladdin crept toward the gates. Nasira's eyes narrowed. Now!
The gates suddenly swung open, possibly hitting the street rat in the process. Dark magic flew from her left hand to strike him down where he stood. Nasira advanced, crossing the clearing in a blur. Her temper had taken control of her, and a sliver of her knew she was reeling dangerously close to doing something reckless. But she could not summon the calm she desperately needed. It was too late for that. The red sky seemed to have swamped her vision. Nothing could hold her back.

"And so it begins." Frollo had heard that the so called Street Rat was going to come and rescue his princess (who he wasn't really sure why she was so important.) This was a chance Frollo wanted to see.
He had never saw Nasira kill anyone though she did lead that attack early on in the year doesn't mean she truly got her hands dirty. and after past events showed her more so troublesome habit of being somewhat of a mother hen to the troops... it worried him that necromancer was afraid of killing things or things dying... as counter intuitive as that sounds.
Regardless this was a great opportunity to witness her abilities first hand. Who knows he may be able to use this information in the future. Either way, all he was here to do was sit, relax, enjoy the show and eat lamb skewers.

Aladdin had only moments to react as the door swung open and flung him back. He groaned and struggled to his feet, only to see Nasira coming at him with unlimited fury. Crap! Not now! He had a mission to accomplish! He dodged her attack just barely. He stood to his feet once again and glared at her. "I don't have time for this!" he snarled, gritting his teeth in annoyance.
He hadn't brought any weapons with him, which at the time he found sort of stupid, but he was in a hurry and didn't want any of the other Freedom Fighters to know he was gone, or see him leave. Not that they would notice or care that is. He glared at Nasira and only saw the rage in her eyes. He looked for a way into the palace, but it was blocked by Nasira. He tried to run past her towards the palace doors. He didn't have the time nor the equipment to fight her.

Aladdin scrambled to his feet. Nasira tensed. "I don't recall asking," the necromancer fired back.
He then bolted for the main entrance - for all the good it did him. Nasira was just as fast-moving as she was vicious. In the span of a second, she dematerialized and reappeared in between Aladdin and the teal double door that held their loved ones. With a ferocious snarl, flames exploded from her palm to melt the skin from his face, surcharged with the pent fury of years.
She did not look at any of the spectators. She was too intent on her sworn enemy to pay them any mind. This was not a Blackblood punishing a Freedom Fighter for trespassing. This was an old debt.

Aladdin snarled again, but he stumbled into her and backpedaled away from her, falling. He didn't exactly dodge the flames, but he rolled away, putting out the flames in the process. He got to his feet once more and glared at her. He wasn't scared of her at all. He had a mission to accomplish.
"Where is she?" he snarled. He was talking about Jasmine. He looked past her to find a way past her. But he couldn't seem to find a way. He examined his surroundings to see what way he could get in. Yet again he couldn't find one.
He growled in frustration. How was he going to get in?

"You good-for-nothing degenerate." Nasira's spindly fingers curled in, and the crackling flames changed from yellow to blue. Nasira knew full well who "she" was. Through black smoke and swirling blue fire, the necromancer widened her eyes in scornful disbelief, furious he had the audacity to ask where she was when he had stolen a brother from her. "Where do you think?" she disparaged. "She's with all of the other fools who thought it was a good idea to trespass on enemy territory - in a ditch."
There, she said it. There was no taking it back. The red rays of the setting sun made it all too easy for the overseer to imagine what lay ahead.
Nasira went on, her own hatred barely in check. She reached out with her mind to pin Aladdin to the ground.

Aladdin heard the words, processed the words, but couldn't make sense of them yet. He was frozen. Frozen in shock as he realized what she was talking about. Jasmine was... dead? That was the only explanation.
Rage immediately filled him and he broke through her magic to do something he had probably secretly wanted to do. But rage clouded his vision and he throws back his arm as he walked towards her, then went to nail Nasria in the jaw.
He continued to punch at her wildly. His brown eyes now filled with a strong hatred. He hadn't considered if she was lying or not, but he was too angry to consider it. "YOU DIDN'T!" he yelled in anger.
A tiny part of his mind hoped she was just trying to get him angry, (which worked), and was bluffing. But he couldn't be for sure. But he hoped that wasn't the case. He really hoped it wasn't.

He charged, smashing through Nasira's will like a bull with a pane of glass. A glint of uncertainty had scarcely begun to cross her malevolent gaze when Aladdin's iron fist threw her head to the side. She never made a sound. There was a flash of light in her field of vision. Sparks danced before her, and there was a terrible roaring in her ears. She vaguely felt a hot trickle of blood running down her chin from where her teeth had crashed down on her tongue but not much else. Adrenaline was one hell of a painkiller.
Nasira launched an uppercut at his chin. A blow landed on her side, and in response, Nasira swung her fist at his ribs. Her legs buckled as he unrelentingly attacked her with all the ferocity of someone who had lost everything.
She then wriggled away with the speed of a snake, springing to the side to elude Aladdin who rushed at her again. "I DID!" she beamed, though her mellifluous voice held the faintest suggestion of a snarl. ( Content Warning: mention of gore). "I cut her open, and while she was still clinging to life, she was eaten by scavengers. You should have heard her scream. Even I thought it would wake the dead." She then laughed almost manically. "But it does not matter. You will never see her again - in life and in death."

"Ha! Now this is entertainment!" Frollo said as he picked his teeth with one of the skewers. Lamb apparently tends to get stuck easily. He waved down a Legionarie passing by."Soldier. Bring me my bottle of Chateau Lafite 1787. And make it quick. This fights about to end and I do believe Nasira might want a drink afterwards." The Legionarie saluted and ran to get the wine.
"Well... Nasira, do drag this out." He said to himself "I'd already finished my report to Crow and the day was so boring..." After a while, the Legionarie returned with the bottle and a few more Skewers. "You are excused." Frollo said as he took the items from the soldier. Frollo took the skewers that were delivered and put them on the small grill at his side, poured two cups of the drink, sat and waited for the end.
