Rogue Hierarchy

The highest position, the king is the head of the Rogues. His word is final. He holds the power to conduct meetings, promote/demote members, sign treaties, and dole out executions.

Second-in-command of the Rogues, the advisers hold the power to organize troops, hold training sessions, and recruit soldiers. They report directly to the king and offers advice when it comes to important decisions to be made.

Elders are retired rogues. They are held in high respect by everyone, and the king often seeks out their immense knowledge before making any final decisions.
