Blackblood Hierarchy

The highest position, the sultan(a) is the head of the Blackblood Legion. Their word is final. They may also host meetings, promote, demote, imprison or exile members, and in times of peace, maintain alliances.

Subordinate to the sultan but higher than rest of the army, the grand vizier has all the powers the sultan does, except for promoting, demoting and exiling. The vizier will succeed the sultan if they are unable to continue leading - for whatever reason.

Overseers
Subordinate to the sultan and the grand vizier, the overseers are made up of Blackbloods who had proven their worth. Like the grand vizier, they may also punish rule-breakers.
