What appeared like some sort of troubled beast could be seen skulking about. It walked at a steady pace, it's head held lower and It's gaze supposedly fixated on the ground beneath it. One of its massive clawed hands would be lifted up to anxiously pull and tug at a scarf it wore.
"Ghrr..." The quiet growl rumbled through its chest like a motor engine.
Letting go of the end of the thick knitted scarf, It'd eventually look up and away from the ground as it rose it's head up and cocked it to the side to quickly scan the area. Not too long ago had she left Halloween Town, exiting through one of the doors in the forest and ending up in an unknown location. Not too far from it was a decently sized lake, the dim light that somehow managed to seep in through the deep thickets and the unending forest would reflect off from the water in a pleasant and somewhat hypnotizing gleam. Causing for it to pause and stare back at it for a small amount of time. The once lively and thriving sounds that echoed from every angle of the forest seemed to die down, allowing for a fleeting moment of peace and tranquility as just it's breathing could be heard. However soon enough the silence left as quickly as it came as if a queue to keep going as it soon obliged and kept moving forth.

What on earth was this creature? A deer it seemed but walking up right like that of those in the man-village. none the less the Indian wolf stalks forward announcing his presents with a loud short howl.
“I, Grey Brother of the seeonee wolf pack and solider of the Dawnseekers, ask you to state your reason on entering army territory. Who are you?” Yellow eyes scan the creature still trying to figure out if this thing would be trouble or not.

The beast stiffened and paused, flicking an ear, It'd slowly turn it's head to the side as the empty space that was simply a black void within the skull that made up its face was pointed to look off in his direction silently. Jagged fangs protruded out from the upper jaw of the skull as it seemed like no other natural creature. And for what seemed like forever in this deafening silence it only stared down at him.
"..I am.. the 𝘞𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘨𝘰."
It snarled irritably. The deer creature straightened its back out from its previous slouched posture before fully turning towards him. "..army? Tell me, where am I?" It snapped. Albeit having a threatening and monstrous appearance it had no intentions of harming him just yet as it hadn't a clue on where it was, what this world was, or what to do and who to trust.

“You are in the Yukon Territory of Canada...which belongs to the Dawnseeker army.”
Nikolai trotted out from behind Grey Brother, addressing the wolf with a nod. He had been out scouting for some new source of salmon to bring back to the camp, and while he had been speaking to the bears, he noticed the strange creature slink by, which distracted him from his task. And so, being ever curious, the unicorn followed, surprised to see that Grey Brother was also out here.
And in all truth, he was glad for the backup...just in case. His green eyes examined the creature, its name echoing in his head. He had heard legends of wendigoes before, of how they had a penchant of luring humans to certain doom.
Now that he was looking at one face to face, he had just the slightest hint of unease running through his veins. He stood close to Grey Brother, and tilted his head. He could sense waves of nervousness rolling off the creature, and for lack of better judgement, he had to assume she meant no harm.
“What brings a wendigo out from hiding, if I may ask?“

Yet another snarl began to resonate from within it. Jerking its head to the side, the wendigo repeatedly clacked its skeletal maw before looking back over to them. The beast's breathing clearly audible.
"That is no concern of yours." It replied, ill-mannered. Beginning to lose interest in the two, the wendigo proceeded to gaze up at off into the horizon. And as soon as it begun to regain focus on the two, it simply dropped down onto all fours and bolted off into a random direction.

Before the slim wolf had a chance to respond to the creature. The unicorn Nikolai, had arrived on scene. Grey turns offering him a nod in greeting before turning back to the Windigo as it speaks
"That is no concern of yours." was its answer to Nikolai. A moment later it turns and starts running away, unfortunately right towards camp.
“Wait!, Stop!” Grey Brother gives chase glancing over his shoulder calling the unicorn to follow him.

Nikolai raised a brow to the wendigo’s sudden ill-mannered attitude towards him and Grey Brother. They were simply trying to help. But before he could say much else, the wendigo darted off. Grey Brother instantly began to give chase, looking over his shoulder to signal Nikolai to get a move on. The unicorn nodded before breaking into a gallop after the creature, running side by side with the wolf.
For a brief moment, he remembered racing a wolf pack during his nomadic days, and he relished the absolute thrill of it as his hooves pounded the ground, and the wind raced through his mane. But now was not the time to muse over the past; the creature was headed towards camp, and they needed to catch it before it potentially harmed anyone else.
“Stop!” Nikolai called out, as he pushed forward.
“We just wanted to talk! We mean you no harm!”
Then he remembered that he could catch the creature…with magic.
Why didn’t I think of that earlier?
His horn glowed with a soft green light, as the same hue enveloped the wendigo up ahead. He raised his head to pull her up so that he could lift her up off the ground by a few inches. If they were lucky, maybe she’d talk to them then.
(OOC: He's just going to hold her in place, she isn't being harmed at all ^^)
