Backstory:
Pepper was born one of the original fifteen puppies to Pongo and Perdita Dearly, however, not long after she and her siblings were born they were kidnapped by Cruella Deville. She was one of the infamous 99 Dalmatian pups and after the ordeal went to live on a farm with her family and now numerous adopted siblings.
When her sister Two-Tone left the farm for adventures unknown, Pepper too got the urge to follow after her sister and wound up in Paris, having accidentally stowed away on a boat bound for France (she mistook "France" for "Penzanze" in Cornwall).
