Physical Description: A grey mercreature vaguely resembling a hippocamp.  His lower half is serpentine and striped with black and white.  He has a long, unkempt grey-purple mane and tail tuft with some white highlights.  He has long fangs at the front of his mouth.  His eyes are bright yellow.

Backstory: 

Decimus was born late in the night, several hours after the rest of his siblings.  Though one egg had gone missing, it was generally assumed Decimus was the last born of the ten eggs, thus was named after the number ten.  Instead of taking this to mean he was last place, Decimus took to thinking of himself as the "perfect ten" and has a bit of a superiority complex.  He frequently makes up fantastic stories just to see who would believe him.  He also steals random objects that interest him and has a horde of junk somewhere in the woods.
