Full Name: unknown
Known Aliases: Cheata
Army: Rogues
Rank: Shadowkeeper
Franchise: Zootopia
Gender: Cis Male
Age: 42
Personality:
Cheata cares about himself first. He has an obsession with objects of luxury, especially shiny things, thus leading him toward extremely greedy tendencies. Cheata thinks you'd better dream big, or not dream at all; no risk, no reward. A smooth-talking conman, this feline can sell almost anyone on any idea he chooses. Cool and slick, he has an heir that puts most at ease, as if he always knows exactly what he's doing. However, it'd be wrong to mistake his composure for calmness; Cheata knows full well the dangers of tangling with the law. Though attractive, there's something very artificial about this man; maybe it's the suspiciously phony southern accent? He can come off as well-meaning and personable even when at the end of the day, Cheata's just here for Cheata.

Backstory:
Cheata comes from a long line of predator rights activists. Mind, said activists tended toward the non-peaceful side, but Cheata might be the first in the family to loose interest in the cause entirely. The rights of his fellow predators were of no concern to him. Who has time for that, when there's a metropolis full of suckers ripe for the picking? Cheata made himself quite a success working opposite the law, swindling others with his cunning salesman charms. If he could do it, he doesn't see why others can't. The temptation of luxury and money is just too great for the feline to hang on to the vast majority of his morals. However, if Cheata took one thing from his family history, it was knowledge of their violence. And, once more, Cheata works in complete opposition to that. He doesn't like the sight of blood, and things can always be done non-lethally after all. But just because he doesn't kill, doesn't mean he's harmless.
His current money laundering scheme was blown and things got just a bit too hot for him in Zootopia. Word reached the cheetah, and he quickly was drafted into the Rogues. It wasn't long before his wily smarts earned him a spot as a spokesman. It's not so different from his life at Zootopia; conning a public he feels are dumber than a box of rocks. And, just like at home, Cheata takes a little bit more than his share of riches when he can get his paws on them. Better to beg forgiveness than ask permission.
Cheata briefly vanished from under the Rogue's noses, apparently having gone on a mission to steal various items of great value to... help with monitary issues (and totally not to line his own pockets). After vanishing for a couple months, it was believed his mission had failed and Cheata was dead. This was only proven not to be the case recently when Cheata returned to Paris, refusing to give very many straight answers as to the results of his travels.
